If I filed for bankrupcy, how will that effect my tax filing next year?
  Answers:
User Actually bankruptcy is intended to give you a fresh start, and American tax laws do not run contrary to this intention. In spite of the fact that it is true that the cancellation of indebtedness is considered income in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, this income is not considered yours. If you are an individual debtor who files for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code, a separate individual "estate" is created consisting of property that belonged to you before the filing date. This is absolutely new taxable entity, completely separate from you as a taxpayer. Under the terms of Chapter 7, the estate is represented by a trustee. The trustee is appointed by the bankruptcy court to administer the estate and liquidate your nonexempt assets. Your task is to file income tax returns during the period of the bankruptcy proceedings, excluding the income, deductions or credits belonging to the separate bankruptcy estate and the debts canceled because of bankruptcy. Remember, nowadays you can count on getting one of the bad/no credit cards for rebuilding your credit after bankruptcy! Best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

How can I get or see a copy of my credit report and credit score? I never have had a credit card or any owned anything in my name, so I think I don't have any credit! I believe this means I need to build my credit! Please let me know what is on credit and credit score? And how to fix it!?! Thank You Ever So Much, Shelly
  Answers:
User A credit report incorporates your personal information, namely, your address, how you pay your bills, and whether you've been sued, arrested, or filed for bankruptcy. National reporting companies provide the information in your report to credit card companies that use it for evaluating your credit score and deciding if you qualify for the credit card chosen or not. Nowadays you can order your free annual credit report online, and all you need is to access respective web-sites and provide therein your name, address, Social Security number, and date of birth. If you don`t have any credit and want to fix it, you can regard bad/no credit cards. Some of these credit card deals suppose no checking account and no special income requirements. So, just compare credit card offers and apply online for card, helping you to set up your credit!

i want to know if i have a credit card with hsbc please let me know, thank you rosalyn.
  Answers:
User The matter is that our website provides our consumers with the up-to-date information about the best credit card offers from the top banks. Also it is used for making an application for credit card online. We are not credit card issuers or a credit bureau to know if you have a credit card or not. We don’t have any kind of access to your personal information and can’t look through your credit report and find out the real state of things. We advise you to turn to the HSBC bank or to contact the credit bureau and clear out the question.Good luck!

wil i revieve a new card before the card is up?
  Answers:
User You see, when you apply for a new credit card, the bank needs some time to consider your application, check your credit report and then make a credit decision. This time depends on the type of the card. It can take 60 seconds (with instant approval cards), some days, a week or even a month. If your application is approved you will receive your credit card and statement where you can find the account number of your card, the expiry date of the card and so on. As we suppose, there cannot be any problems with it. If you have some difficulties with your new credit card and its expiry date, you need to apply directly to your bank with this problem. Its representatives are supposed to clear up all of your questions. At our site you can find more detailed information about the leading banks the best credit cards they offer.

no question. Just a suggestion. I would like if you have changes in the companies rates etc that we could get that in an email. For instance I would love to wait until interest rates come down more and be notified which companies did or any other change like lowering late fee's or default rates etc. They went before Congress and I would love to see where they do business and stop the punishing us part :~)).

PS. Nice site...glad I found it.
  Answers:
User Thank you so much for your suggestion. We appreciate your feedback as it's always nice to get good advice from visitors :) Actually, credit card companies and banks, for example, Discover Bank change their rates or some other features almost daily. However, the fluctuations in rates are not so noticeable. Sometimes even a grace period length is more significant, say, if it changes 12 to 15 months. Surely the late payment fees and other ways of punishment are also important as almost seventy percent of customers miss payments for some reason or other. Still, we are here to offer you the best credit cards with low rates. Feel free to compare and choose the one for you. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

My Victoria Secret Credit Card got lost, how can I get another one sent to me. This is my favorite card of all
  Answers:
User The question is really much more serious than you might think. You should call your credit card company and tell them your card was lost as it may be used by somebody else. You'll be not liable for fraudulent activity in this case. You should cancel the card right away as someone can get gas or clothes or even groceries if the store does not ask for an ID.Do it do it fast or the company won't give a replacement card. You also might want to contact Equifax, TransUnion and Experian, which will help in case anyone tries to use the information for identity theft. They also provide a free credit report that you can use to see if anyone used your card. You might also want to make sure that your credit card company won't try to charge you for any purchases that might have been made. Find an old bill, find the company's toll free number. Call it tell them what happen. They will tell you what you need to do till you get a replacement card from them. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

I only have 2 accounts on my credit report, both are in good standing. Can I still get a credit card with so little on my reports?
  Answers:
User If both your accounts are in good state, then you should get to know what your credit score is. It may be 350-619 (no to bad credit score), 620-659 (fair score), 660-749 (good credit score) and 750-850 (excellent credit score). Get your credit score, better at the three credit bureaus and then decide which type of credit you are eligible for. If you have never had a credit card, but built a good credit, you can try applying for one of rewards cards. Just choose which reward you'd like your card to bring - cash back, gas rebate, or other. If your credit is poor, or you have too little score, try a secured credit card for bad and no score. You'll have to put some money onto a deposit account to prevent credit risks. If you don't want opening any account, apply for an unsecured credit card (however, the conditions may be better with a secured card). If your credit is fair, we can offer a nice cash back credit card for fair credit from Capital One Bank. Compare the cards and apply online! All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

What is the difference between a secured credit card and unsecured credit card? Also, what is a Default Annual Percentage Rate?

  Answers:
User Thank you for your question. Secured credit cards are credit cards that require collateral. This can be a certain amount of money or peoperty. This collateral secures your credit and guarantees your paying off the bills in good faith and at a proper time. Secured credit cards are considered to be the best variant for building and rebuilding of your credit (in case you have bad/no credit history, after bankruptcy, etc.) As of unsecured credit cards, these are just standard plastics. Default Annual Percentage Rate is a penalty APR. If you make your payments late your ongoing APR increases. If you have outstanding balance on your credit card, default APR may be applied.
